My favorite thing to do in my free time is to play volleyball, I am addicted to playing and I get really competitive.
I started playing volleyball my freshman year of college by going to the rec center and picking it up as the years went by. My junior year I decided that I wanted to try out for the mens club team here on campus and I was able to make the team and have a fun season.
I've always loved the sport but growing up in a small town my chances of playing were low since there were no boys volleyball clubs near me. Now that I am in an area where volleyball is easly accessible to me, I try to play any chance I get. Im currently trying to compete in as many tournaments that I can find to get my rank up and to keep getting better. Recently I competed in the Texas Gauntlet with my roommate and some friends, unfortunatly me and my roommate were both coming back from injury so we weren't able to play our best and did not make the podium.
